Data Licence and Usage
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the GodelCloud data for internal business purposes only.
Redistribution, resale, or commercial use beyond the licensed scope is prohibited without prior written consent from GodelCloud.
GodelCloud retains all ownership rights and intellectual property in the data and any derivative works.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and proprietary nature of the data, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are not accepted unless there is a demonstrable error or defect in the data content.
Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase, including a detailed explanation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The data is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
GodelCloud makes no representations or warranties regarding the data’s suitability for any regulatory, legal, or business purpose, and shall not be responsible for any legal or regulatory consequences arising from its use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GodelCloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the data.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the data. The purchaser also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GodelCloud against any claims, losses, or damages arising from third-party challenges or claims related to the purchaser’s use of the data.
Intellectual Property
All content, including data aggregation, classifications, and enhancements, remains the intellectual property of GodelCloud. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited. The Customer must not state or imply that any government agency, regulator, public body, or other third party endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with the Customer or its use of the Dataset.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
