Data Licence and Usage
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GodelCloud's data for internal business purposes by the purchasing organisation only.

Redistribution, resale, republication, or external sharing is prohibited without prior written consent from GodelCloud

Provenance and Attribution

The data is derived from public-source data, including Companies House data, primary firm sources, and broader web data.

Contains public sector information from Companies House licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of the data, all sales are final.

Refunds or returns are not accepted unless there is a demonstrable error or defect in the data content.

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to data@godelcloud.com within 7 days of purchase, including a detailed explanation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The data is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

The data is for analytical and informational use only. It is not financial, legal, regulatory, compliance, investment, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GodelCloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the data.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the data.

Intellectual Property

All data aggregation, classifications, and enhancements remain the intellectual property of GodelCloud.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, redistribution, republication, external sharing, or resale is prohibited


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
